I finally found a few of my old notebooks from school days (which have no notes, but lots of pictures and doodles). So I decided I would share my old drawing hobby (which was inspired by boredom Im sure) and show some of my work. Victory is mine!!

Yes, after solving almost every other Rubiks puzzle I have come in contact with, I finally decided to return to the classic, the original, the one that started it all... (pure boredom may have actually had something to do with this)... While I have gotten this thing in place before, it was a long time ago and it was meerly trial and error for the most part. Now I have worked out a fairly solid method to this thing, and I plan on being able to fix any cube I come in contact with within 30 minutes... eventually, 15, and eventually under 10. you just have to love the classics... before giving the cube the attention it deserved, I got wrapped up in all the new puzzles that Mr. Rubik was creating, like the flat magic puzzles where you link the rings, which I can do in under 10 seconds. you have to love the classics though... they deserve respect.. this thing is certainly worthy of the status it has obtained in the puzzle community over the years.

Time for something a little different here... tried to keep the layout somewhat the same while giving it a new look. Change is good once in a while I guess... I was getting hollared at by some friends for not updating enough last month... looking back.. I guess 1 post in a month is a little pathetic and would seem to be a record low for me.. but it was a cool post and attracted a lot of attention so I guess it all evens out.

I was just laying on the couch the other night and looked at the wall at my Trent Reznor poster (NIN) and for some reason the hands jumped out at me in a way they never did before.. all I could see was "web page border" so I set to work trying it out and this would seem to be the finished, or close to finished product. I kinda like it.. again.. different, but familiar. I may switch a few things here and there, but overall, Im happy with it.
